%20 of SALES TO FLOOD RELIEF (31st March 1pm - 2nd April 1pm) .

Over the past month, thousands of Australians are facing the challenge of severe flooding across New South Wales and Queensland. The flood is still unfolding and the massive cleanup process has barely begun. While the media quickly moves on to the next headline, disaster survivors may need support for weeks, months and even years.In aid of this flood disaster, we at My Bubble Tea want to do our bit to help. We are pledging 20% from all of our online sales from 31st March 1pm to 2nd April 1pm to support Flood victims.

All proceeds has been donated to the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal,who are providing emergency aid , food and pastoral support to thousands of families who are suffering homelessness. Thank you for standing beside us and helping to leave no one in need.

We hope this message finds you well. At My Bubble Tea (MBT), we have always been committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services. As we navigate these challenging times brought about by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to inform you of an important update to our return and exchange policy.

Due to health and safety concerns related to the pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to no longer accept exchanges for change of mind. This decision is in line with our commitment to prioritizing the well-being of our customers and staff.
Our previous policy stated that MBT would accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer. We offered a full refund or exchange for items returned within seven (7) days from the receipt of the original order, provided they were in their original packaging. However, beginning 31/03/2021, we will no longer be able to accept exchanges for change of mind.

We understand that this may represent a change, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured that our commitment to delivering quality products remains unwavering. If you have any concerns or encounter issues with a product due to a defect or damage, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking additional steps to keep our staffs and facilities sanitising. We ensure to comply with national and state public health directions. We are constantly review and assess the risk (in consultation with workers) and look for ways to ensure our staffs and customers will be stay safe and health. we implemented controls to reduce environmental exposure, including:

inspecting and reviewing air conditioning and ventilation systems

increasing cleaning and disinfection of high traffic areas or shared surfaces
-
provide cleaning products and instruction for cleaning workspaces

provide instruction and amenities for personal hygiene and infection control
