Prepare the Tapioca Pearls

1. Measure 2 cups of water for every 1/4 cup of boba being prepared into a saucepan. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add the boba and stir gently until they begin floating to the top of the water.

2. Cook over a low flame and stir gently and occasionally for 20 minutes or until your desired chewiness.

3. Optional: Steep the cooked tapioca for 20 minutes (Recommended)

4. Drain the water.

5. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl of fructose or brown sugar syrup and allow to cool. For best results, use the pearls as soon as they’re cool.

if you talking about the brown sugar syrup, you can purchase from our store https://www.mybubbletea.com.au/product-page/brown-sugar-syrup-500g if you dont have brown sugar syrup or fructose syrup, you can use sugar stir with bit water instead, might not be as good as brown sug syrup. But will help incr the boba flavors
