Ceylon black tea is a popular type of black tea that is also known as Sri Lankan tea. Served as an iced tea or warm, it is a favorite beverage for many tea drinkers.

10 g tea leaves
400 ml water
Method of Brewing:
1. Stir 10 grams of tea leaves into the 400ml boiled water until well blended.The best temperature for brewing this tea is 90-95ºC (194-205ºF), which is just below the boiling point. You can just boil the water using a simple stove-top kettle
2. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Filter the tea leaves
4. Let it cool down for 10mins and ready for serve
The receipe can be adjusted by personal taste, for strong tea tase, the ration can be adjusted to 1:30.
Suggestion: To keep tea fresh, please consume within 4 hours after brewing
