Organic Earl Grey tea is our original bergamot blend. It is one of the most recognized flavored teas in the world.  Earl grey tea is typically a black tea base flavored with oil from the rind of bergamot orange, a citrus fruit with the appearance and flavor somewhere between an orange and a lemon with a little grapefruit and lime thrown in. A perfect afternoon tea with a clean and refreshing taste.

Ratio of tea brewing (1:40) 
10 g tea leaves
400 ml water
 
Method of Brewing：
 
1. Stir 10 grams of tea leaves into the 400ml boiled water (100°C (212°F) until well blended.
2. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Filter the tea leaves 
4. Let it cool down for 10mins and ready for serve
 
The receipe can be adjusted by personal taste, for strong tea tase, the ration can be adjusted to 1:30. 
 
Suggestion: To keep tea fresh, please consume within 4 hours after brewing
